RETURN POLICY

* Return any un-opened and un-damaged product up to 30 days from the day it is received.
* All returns must be pre-authorized. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning any merchandise.
* Returns without a Return Authorization Number will not be issued a refund/exchange.
* All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
* The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
* Opened or used products will not be refunded.

If you return a product within 30 days of the process date on the order packing slip, you will receive your refund in the form of your original payment minus any shipping costs.
Please provide your order number along with your full name and Salon name to expedite the return process.
